Explanation: Sounds like a simple error, just an error making a data connection right?? if this error keeps popping up chances are your Cellular Service provide is attempting to push (or has pushed) new software down to your phone. Usually there isn't an issue with new software/operating system updates being pushed to your phone.. but once in a while mistakes are made..

In the past, when you have this repeated error, a fix has been to go into your profile, and update it.. Then go to your web browser to default settings. Also when looking into any updates being downloaded/pushed to the phone, check, "Settings" then "System Updates" and see what updates aren't installed (one of the ones that have failed will likely be the culprit)
