Cisco VPN Error 402

The Connection Manager was unable to read the connection entry, or the connection entry has missing or incorrect information.

Explanation: This error is referring to a problem with the connection profile (a .pcf file located in C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\Profiles). If you have another copy of your .pcf file on your desktop/cd, etc.. copy it into this directory.. (each vpn entry would have it's own .pcf file, given to your by the admin that runs your VPN server).. If you don't have a copy of this .pcf file.. you will have to call your companies helpdesk and ask for the vpn .pcf file (email it, or someone to install/copy it to the you laptop)..
