"Service/daemon is not running."

Explanation: These error codes means that a service/daemon of the Cisco VPN application is not running or has died. Close the GUI (application) and reopen the Cisco VPN client to see if that fixes it, if not, reboot the PC and try it again. If it continues, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the Cisco VPN client (also upgrade to the latest version at the same time).
