Cisco VPN Error #54 -

"The authentication passwords do not match. Enter the same password in both text boxes."

Explanation: Usually simple typo on the password the user entered in the vpn client extended authentication box. Re-Type the password (do the usual, check caps lock, etc.) and make sure it matches the stored password.
