Cannot read the media .INI file.

Another INI file error.. usually related to your modem, like usual, ininstall, reboot and reinstall your modem using your original driver disks.

Also, I've seen this error when a third party's dialer that you are trying to install attempts to change the registry (crazy idea!)... Registry.. if it gets corrupted, hope you backed it up, or if you uninstall that 3rd party dialer, the registry changes are fixed..
