"A required component PPPTool.exe is not present among the installed client softwar."Explanation: Another fairly self explanatory error, the file PPPTool.exe can't be found.. Suggestion, check the c:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN CLient directory on your laptop for the file.. If it can't be found do a windows search.. and if it still can't be found.. Uninstall the Cisco VPN client, reboot and reinstall the Cisco VPN client. |
