"IPC socket deallocation failed with error."
Explanation: Techno Babble Error... Essentially something happened to a process/daemen in the Cisco VPN
application causing you to disconnect.. (just like error #52!)
Solution: Reboot the PC and try again.. Root of the problem is
usually a Windows problem..
