"There are no endpoints."

This is an odd error and you will very seldom see it.

You can start by checking the connectoid, or building a new connectoid.

Check network in the control panel for anything odd... If this error just started check to see if the user installed any new software or if other users on the network are experiencing the same issues. If this is a network issue, contact your network/sysadmin and have them check their boxes.
